John C. Clarke, CFP®

Financial Advisor

John has been involved in the financial services industry since 2009 and is part Savant’s University Wealth Management team. Prior to joining Savant, he worked as a regional director focused on managing and building relationships with financial advisors and institutions for asset management.

John earned a bachelor of arts degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

John enjoys spending time with his family and loves to stay active. John, his wife Ashley, and their daughters Nora and Ellie live in Black Earth, WI, where hiking and running the beautiful Ice Age trail are close by. John is an avid sports fan, enjoys activities in northern Wisconsin during the summer months, and likes to travel.

James M. Haygood, CFP®, AWMA®

Financial Advisor

James has been involved in the financial services industry since 2010 and is part of Savant’s University Wealth Management team. Prior to joining Savant, he worked in real estate management.

James earned a bachelor of arts degree in journalism with an emphasis on advertising and a minor in business management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor® (AWMA®).

James is actively involved with promoting and providing bilingual educational and Spanish immersion opportunities for young children in the Madison area. He loves fishing, Wisconsin Badgers football, and spending time in northern Wisconsin with his family. James enjoys traveling, exploring new foods, and traveling to Peru to visit family.
