Meet the speakers

Justin D. Smith, CAP®, CFA®, CFP

Financial Advisor

Justin specializes in helping executives and successful professionals navigate the chapter between full-time work and full-stop retirement, which we call a “Victory Lap.” He has been involved in the financial services industry since 2005. Prior to joining Savant, he was a partner and portfolio manager for an independent Registered Investment Advisor firm in Chicago.

Justin earned a bachelor of business administration degree with a concentration in finance from the University of Michigan. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and has earned the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) and the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designations. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of Victory Lap Retirement and tax-smart retirement planning.

Justin loves to cook (especially tacos!) and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children. After living in the Midwest for many years, they truly appreciate everything Arizona has to offer. In the fall, you are almost certain to find Justin on his patio watching Minnesota Vikings or Michigan Wolverines football.

Anne M. Mank, CFP®, CPA

Director of Financial Planning

Anne has been involved in the financial services industry since 1997 with extensive experience in wealth management, accounting, and finance. Prior to joining Savant, she was director of wealth coaching and a wealth advisor at a registered investment advisory firm in Wisconsin. Anne co-hosted the weekly radio show, Money Sense, and was a contributing author of the book, Brilliant Breakthroughs for the Small Business Owner, Vol. 4. Before becoming an advisor and financial planner/coach, she held various corporate positions including compliance, corporate controller, director of accounting, and senior auditor.

Anne earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Cardinal Stritch University. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Certified Integrative Holistic Coach.

Anne and her husband have three amazing children. Attending and supporting their various activities, including baseball, softball, volleyball, and theater, keep her busy all year long. She loves sitting on the sidelines on a warm summer day with the other parents, cheering for the kids. Anne enjoys all things personal development – audio books, workshops, retreats, seminars, and podcasts – and is definitely a lifelong learner! Her favorite place to relax is at home in her “zen den” which is full of essential oils, cherished items, and comfy furniture.
